Lead Times
Every Mule Gear unit is built-to-order. Because each product is laser-cut, CNC-bent, and fabricated specifically for your truck model, shipping occurs only after fabrication, finishing, and quality inspection are complete.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Typical lead time is 6-8 weeks, depending on production volume, finish options, and component availability. This timeframe is an estimate only and not a guarantee. Production or shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
Shipping
Orders ship from our facility in Alberta, Canada via common carriers such as FedEx Freight, Purolator, UPS, or Day & Ross, depending on destination and package size. You will have the option to ship to your location, or the nearest depot, depending on your preference. Shipping costs are not included in the base cost.
All shipments include tracking information once the order leaves our facility.

If you’ve ever bolted up a welder skid or swapped a set of drawer slides, you’ll have no problem installing this. Every unit comes with our Rattle-Free Guarantee — so once it’s in, it’s locked down solid and ready for work.
