About

Born in the Patch. Built in the Shop. Proven in the Field.

Where it all began

I started rig welding when I was 21, back in 2006, when the patch was booming and everyone was chasing the big checks. I bought everything brand new, loaded up my first rig, and dove in headfirst.

Problem was… the setup looked slick, but it didn’t work slick. My skills were still catching up, and my rig was packed like a jigsaw puzzle.. You know, where you’ve gotta pull out two things just to get the one thing you actually need underneath.

Years in the field taught me what really matters: speed, simplicity, and repeatable usability.

The kind of setup where even the greenest helper can grab the right tool without asking or fumbling fcking around. That’s when you stop just working hard and start working smart. That’s when you become a true tradesman.

The birth of Mule Gear

Mule Gear was born out of that realization and out of the frustration of many trucks that never quite worked how they should. I didn’t want more clutter. I wanted order, function, and pride every time I looked at my Rig.

So I started sketching.

What began as one man’s fix for his own Rig turned into a full-blown product. A modular, rattle-free system built for the working Rigs that keep North America moving.

Today, Mule Gear makes my workdays easier.

Soon, it’ll make my coffee breaks easier and tastier too!

Driven by purpose

To build gear that works as hard as you do.

No fluff. No gimmicks.

Just precision-built organization for the men and women who live outta their trucks.
